Freddie Mac released their weekly mortgage rates survey this morning, and found that mortgage rates increased for the fourth straight week, casting doubts on the ability of the housing market to mount any sort of comeback in the near future.The parabola is pointed the wrong direction.The average rate on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage rose from 4.81 percent to 5.05 percent.
